The diet is based on a 14 day calorie controlled menu plan (7 days for vegetarians) and gives dieters the nutritional know-how to adapt and expand the plans in the following weeks. The menu plans are quite flexible – giving breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks each day, which can be mixed and matched.
