Before you start you select which days you would like to work out on, making it easy for you to fit exercise into your lifestyle. Then you choose what sort of exercise you would like to do and for how long. Tell PC Fitness if you have any equipment and it will take this into account when choosing your routine. Each of the easy home exercises has a tutorial to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly. You even get to choose your workout music and background to suit your mood. Weekly Meal Plans
PC Fitness also offers weekly meal plans to suit your calorie needs. For each day just select how many calories you need and PC Fitness will create a meal plan to save to your desktop which you can then print out. Because you can select your calorie quota for each day individually, the weekly meal plans allow you to have fewer calories during the week and more at the weekend, when you might need them!
