His latest book “Fit for your Shape”, is all about female fitness that is specifically designed to make the most of your body and optimise your workout to your body's shape. And although this is not a dieting book you can expect to lose a few pounds and several inches as your body gets fit, shapes, tightens and tones up.

 

So how exactly does this book help me get the best out of my body shape? I hear you asking. Well, first off you work out whether you are a tube, apple, hourglass or pear shape person.

 

Then you can look at your body shapes profile. Here the best and worst features are highlighted for each shaped body, along with workout goals that look at the good bits as well as the problem areas and how to get the best results for both.

 

Now your shape is given a weekly workout plan for your body shape. Don’t panic, you don’t workout everyday, but you will need to do four-five workouts (depending on which body shape, you are). You also get to do a different workout each time, so there is no getting bored or disheartened, ‘cause if you don’t like one you only have to do it once a week, not every day.

 

There are four gym work outs and two home workouts that Matt will have selected from to compile your workout schedule, each with a different focus which is explained at the start of each section.

 

Not only does Matt Roberts give you the exercises and time or amount of repetitions you need to do, he even goes through each exercise in detail. Yes, we are talking a page per exercise with text and photos to ensure you’re doing it correctly for every single exercise!
