You Are What You Eat!
Nutritionists and dieticians tend to agree
that when it comes to losing weight, or putting it on, it’s
the number of calories consumed that really count.
The calorie, carb and fat bible tells you what’s in what
you eat, from a humble carrot to a supermarket chicken curry.
The most comprehensive nutrition book ever, the calorie,
carb and fat bible lists over 15,000 basic and branded foods.
Values are given for calories, carbohydrate, protein, fat,
fibre and alcohol, along with serving size information that
makes it easy to use.
In the introduction, Dr Jeremy Sims shares his experience
of helping people to lose weight, and debunks major dieting
misconceptions. There’s guidance on how to use the book as a
weight loss tool, body mass index charts, and tables to show
you how many calories you need.
Knowledge is power. This book gives you the knowledge you
need to take control of your diet, take care of your health
and shed any unwanted pounds.
