Polar F4 HRM
The F4 heart rate monitor by Polar offers everything a heart rate monitor needs to have, plus it comes in two styles – one for men and one for women.
The Polar F4 offers a wide range of features to ensure you are training at the right intensity to achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. Use the pre-set target zones or enter your own and keep track of your heart rate during exercise with the aid of the visual and audible alarms. The F4 heart rate monitor shows your heart rate as a percentage of your maximum heart rate, beats per minute (bpm) and will also give an average for the total time of exercise.
The Polar F4 helps you to monitor your progress by recording information such as calories expended, average heart rate and time in your target zones.
The F4 heart rate monitor comes complete with a Polar T31 coded transmitter belt and is available in 2 styles; Red Berry sized for women and Black Thunder sized for men
