Another fun and fresh home workout DVD/video from Gin Miller,
proving working out at home doesn’t need to be boring!
If you’re anything like me you may find strength training on it’s
own, rather boring. Simply Circuit gives you all the energy you get
from an aerobic workout, but adds in strength training creating
a circuit, and alleviating the boredom.
The other major plus in my book is that the workout can be done
as a complete hour long workout, or it can be split into two 30
minute workouts (including warm up and cool down of course).
As much as I tell myself I should do an hour workout at home, I
often just don’t have the time. Having the choice of doing either an
aerobic circuit or step aerobic circuit for just 30 minutes is a
much better option than not exercising at all cause I don’t have a
whole hour to do it in.
Alternating between the two different home workouts is also good
for keeping things new and interesting. Heaven knows it can be hard
enough to get motivated to exercise some days, so the option to do a
little, rather than the alternative of a lot or nothing, is great.
Gin's cheery, down to earth personality makes working out with
her a pleasure. She explains moves clearly, often giving easier
alternatives to exercises to tailor the workout to your fitness
level.
