Circuit training is a terrific way of burning fat and toning in
the same workout, by alternating between cardio and resistance
exercises.
The Reebok Step makes circuit training at home easy, and with Gin
Miller putting you through your paces you know that your circuit
training workout will be both fun and effective. There are three
different 10 minute step circuits on this DVD that can be done as
individual workouts or as one 30 minute circuit workout.
Each 10 minute workout follows the same pattern of 1 minute
cardio exercise, then 1 minute resistance exercise, so you do at
least 10 different exercises per circuit workout. And each circuit
workout has different exercises so you won’t find yourself getting
bored.
If you are new to circuit training, easier alternative are given
to the main exercises as you go through, as well as some advance
versions too, making the step circuits a workout that will last.
However if you have never done step before, you should start with
the Everybody Steps DVD before
progressing to circuit training on the step.
