Each section is different and because they take you through the
moves as well as doing them you know exactly what to do and what
it's doing for your body.
Karl Frew and his assistants are so natural in their delivery,
and lack of cheesy talk you often find on home workout
videos/DVDs, you'll be forgiven for forgetting it's a DVD and
thinking you've got your very own personal trainer in your living
room, or that you're in a rebounder exercise class.
Most important of all they tell you to "stay with what feels
comfortable to you". They give slightly harder options to some of
the exercises if you want to push that little bit more but say to
always listen to what your body is telling you.
If all instructors were this good, we'd all have one. Plus they
don't make you feel like you have to keep up with them, they just
tell you to do what you feel comfortable doing. After all, there's
no point overdoing it as you'll just not want to do it again.
