Product Selection - Does it do what it says on the tin?
There's such a lot of hype in the diet and fitness industry it's sometimes difficult to see the wood for the trees. That's why we have a rigorous set of selection criteria for products featured on the site. Our criteria include, quality, durability, health and safety, and how effective the product is likely to be with normal use. Any specific claims made by manufacturers in relation to products must be backed up by evidence based research.
Guarantee - What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
All the products featured on Diet and Fitness Resources are covered by our 28 day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you
are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in new condition,
with the packaging, for a refund.
If an item is faulty we will issue a full refund or exchange the
product for you. We will cover any postage costs incurred.
If the reason for return is not due to faulty goods we will issue a
refund less any postage costs.

Your order will be despatched next working day and delivery usually
takes 2-4 days.
Next Day Delivery*
£3.95 for orders £50 and over
£7.90 for orders up to £49.99
Orders received before 1pm will be despatched same day, or Monday for
orders placed at the weekend, for delivery on the next working day*.
Orders received after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day
for delivery on the following working day.
Where payment is made by cheque, orders will be despatched once the
cheque has cleared. Normally 3-4 days after receipt.
*This service is only available to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to
remote areas may take 2 days.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas delivery cost is calculated by weight, and shown before you
input your payment details.
Average time from despatch to delivery:

Recycle Your Old Gadgets:
The waste Electrical and Electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations are now UK law. The regulations are aimed at reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Diet & Fitness Resources is obliged under The Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
At Diet & Fitness Resources we want to do our little bit to help the Environment, that’s why we offer a quick & easy way to recycle your old electrical equipment.
How does it work? Simple, once you have placed your order with us for your new exciting gadget simply request an addressed envelope. Once you have received your envelope pop in your old gadget & send it back to us. We then take care of everything else; the amount of Electrical & Electronic Equipment we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. So, every small piece of recycling really does help.
